It&#8217;s about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire team-mates and customers.&#8221; &#8211; Robin S. Sharma<\/p>\n<p>As a leader your first task is to listen to your team. Listen to their problems, to their suggestions and listen to the other things that they say. Be open minded and listen effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Then you enumerate what they say and ask questions if necessary then add your own inputs, let them know what you think, be objective and give suggestions that will become a positive force for the theme. This is communicating. Communicating is the language of leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Then you plan together with your team. You set goals together, solve problems together and overall execute and do the right thing together. TOGETHER WITH THE TEAM with no one left behind. As a leader have an impact, influence and inspire.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to be an industry leader be ready to treat everyone in the industry your in as your teammates. Listen, Communicate, Inspire, Influence and leave an impact.<\/p>\n<p>In a team there can be more than one leader and as long as respect remains competitions can be healthy. Do not be afraid of clashing ideas in fact learn from it.
